As you can see in this video, Marines and soliders are rarely seen in full BDU's. Just a flak jacket, vest, and trousers. I'm suggesting making these changes to the ingame models, or just retexture the current ones. Just a quick suggestion, i have no modeling skills and if i did, i would gladly make the models. I've tried and mine end up looking like legos

In most CONVENTIONAL combat operations it is a SOP to wear the entire ACU/MARPAT ensemble for reason such as fire-resistant etc. etc. The footage you provided is when an outpost gets attacked and your first priority is base defense. Drop what you are doing and get to the wire and put rounds down range.
You expect people to really bother with taking the time to throw their uniform and boots on then their gear when an attack comes when they are sleeping? Id throw the gear on and get out there as fast as I could.

Indeed, the footage you linked does not appear to be representative of regular operations, which PR aims to represent. Also, try to make your title more descriptive of the contents of the thread.

When you are inside the wire you'll see all kinds of different levels of gear on soldiers. It really all depends on what your personal higher ups will let you get away with. Inside the wire you want to be as comfortable as possible because this is your home away from home. So you'll gear down and try and chill. And if rounds start coming in the first thing you'll grab is your armor and helmet, quickly followed by your weapon. The boxer shorts soldier is a prime example of this.
However if you where going out you would put everything on.
