Cant Run Bf2 Editor in Compat. Mode

Ive dowloaded BF2 editor from multipule sources and using different web browsers.
Since BF2 editor "Only works on Windows XP" i tried to run the installer in compatability mode...
When i try and right click on the BF2 Editor Install Application and go to Properties, it doesnt have a compatability tab or any of the other tabs just a General tab.

I managed to install bf2 editor on vista 32 before but that was my old PC and just got this computer today. and was hoping to use its power to do some PR mapping. :(
