I can't play a single level!

I have the levels installed, I checked in my file, but I can't play at all!

I get to the mainscreen, choose deployment, update list, and I can click on any map and click start.

Then here's the problem, it loads to 2% then shuts off completely...

Few questions:

1. What version of vista do you have?
2. How mach ram do you have?
3. System specs
4. Have you looked in event viewer yet?
5. By shuts off completely do you mean the pc or the game?
