New, Need Install Help

Post by gpellis »

Hey all,

New here. I have BF 1.41, need to know what to download for this mod to work. Do I download the core 0.86 and then the levels 0.86? Then just install both of them? Sounds simple enough if that is the case. I've heard of corrupt files at certain ones, what mirrors should I download from?

Thanks very much.

Read the Project Reality 0.86 Installation Guide and you will up and running in no time.
Good luck

I just read that and feel stupid for making a new thread. I've got everything downloaded, so hopefully I'll be online soon with you gentlemen!

Don't feel bad, we've all done the same with a new game or program before. Review the guide and after you install it look for and read the PR manual that gets installed with it. It is one of the most important steps before you play PR. Once you read it go to a training server to get the feel of PR and to practice with the different weapons.
Good luck
PS remember to stay low and use whatever cover you can
to avoid lead poisoning.

Another question, is anyone playing this on Windows 7? I assume they are, just curious if it will work.
