Where can I download the v0.85 to v0.86 patch?

I already have v0.85 installed (haven't played over the summer).

I really don't want to have to download the full 3 gig core and levels files for v0.87 if there is a 0.85 to 0.86 incremental patch I can download instead.

Unfortunately it looks like most of the file servers have taken this patch down.

Does anyone know where/if this still exists?
