[0874] Kashan Heli Bug

It's been today the second time I witnessed this. Kashan, MEC- Side. One of my squadmates takes the MEC Littlebird (don't know what it's called). He comes back from a strafing run and lands a bit hard on his Pad (the northernmost one). Immediately the chopper begins to smoke (without real reason, landing wasn't this hard), pilot get's the repair symbol. 20 seconds later the chopper blows up for no reason (after some furious explosions!).
Maybe you can reproduce it by taking a ride with the chopper, landing facing southwest on it's own pad, a little rude, see what happens.
(Btw, the chopper was not hit before, nor damaged otherwise outside the base.)

Maybe it was a hydraulics failure. Ive had that happen to me in training (.86 as I am having trouble downloading 1.5) many times before.

He landed to hard... MEC lb can't land hard at all. Unlike the US LB if you land hard you're done.

as for your edit the BR is server side, not all servers have it enabled

That may be, but then he was in the repair zone, wrench symbol lit up, so it shouldn't happen that the chopper explodes, should it?
