1.50 patch problem

ok, so i have version 1.41, and im trying too update and i tried to open the patch 1.50 to install it and nothing happens, i have tried too download another thinking it might be an error in the patch but it did the same thing. When i try to open it my computer has a loading symbol, but nothing happens, please help i dont know what too do, and i have downloaded PR core and levels but not installed.

As well would 1.50 beta 3 work with PR?
