strange black volr ground

Anybody know about this problem ? i changes my settings nothing helps , resolution , lightning , aa , texture
i have nvidia 8600gt , 4b ram ,dualcore 2.2ghz
xp pro 64 bit

I got this until I stopped using triple buffering with vsync.
