Battlerecorder?

Post by Elektro »

Hey there :) I am new to the battle recorder system. I just wanted to ask if there is any way to remove the screen of "death" saying no medics around give up with the red in the corners?

open up the conceal by pressing the default button "`" (left of the "1" button and above the "Tab" button on a standard GB keyboard), then type in "renderer.drawhud 0" without the quotes and the screen of death will go + the rest of the HUD.

You can't rewind in battlerecorder, unfortunately. You'll have to start over every time. Not easy to work with at all.

just put that in mydocs/battlefield2/profiles/default/demos and then play from the ingame battlerecorder tab

alternatively use battledirector which you can use out of game.

Speaking of Battlerecorder (I haven't a clue as to whether or not I've posted this before),

Is there a way to freecam in a live-game so that I can take pictures, movies, and possibly direct my movie so that I dont have to waste any time running around and organizing newb actors?

simplified: sv.allowfreecam 1, how do I get it to work on my dedicated box?

BTW i would recomand you BattleDirector.

The Sir. Community™ - BattleDirector

It's great tool with a lot of options. But dont forget to read manual first. :)
