help with installer

This may or may not be the right place to put this. But this is the most relevant place to post in imo.

First off, I'm a long time fan who just signed up on the forums. Love the mod, one of the best gaming experiences out there. Now, on subject.

I tried to install the latest update, but when I started installing it won't install dotnetfx35. It gives me the error:

Error sending request
A connection with the server could not be established


So I retried with all the anti-virus ect. off. Same thing. I tried downloading the installer for dotnetfx35 from a separate site, it couldn't connect. This is more of a request than a bug/problem.

Is there any way to just get the files required so that I can extract it? If so, can someone please provide a link (megauploads is blocked on my pc so none of that)?

The problem is that it just won't download, if there is any way to install it without using a .exe or needing to download it would be great. Most torrent sights are also blocked on my pc, so if you offer a torrent, upload the torrent to a non torrent based sight.

EDIT: Does the .87 patch require dotnetfx35? if not then I can download .86, and then patch it. I would need a link to a .86 download though.
