Help with 1.5 Vista 64bit OEM

okay, so i'm trying to get the1.5 patch installed and its being silly

i have
i5 750
4870
Vista 64bit OEM
4 Gigs of ram

so i meet the requierments but when i try to install the patch 1.5, i already d/ld and installed 1.41 when i try to install it i get a windows message come up saying Setup.exe has stopped working windows will close it so i have to cancle the thing i already disabled my UAC and tried that so i don't know what's going on? hopefully i am not the only one, thanks for helping

Compatibility mode to xp and run as admin not set in desktop shortcut on Vista PCs
Right click shortcut
choose 'properties' from bottom of list
Click on the Compatibility 'tab'(along the top of the window)
Check 'run as admin' box, select WINDOWS XP (service pack 2

Just as PR needs to run as admin with xp compatibility under Vista, it's likely the 1.5 installer does too.

didnt work, i tried that, i tried installing the poaptch b4 1.41 but it didnt work but i installed 1.41 perfectly i even downloaded 3 diffrent versions of the 1.5 patch from a couple of sites and none of them worked is there any way at all to override this?

Nvm, i just d/ld the torrent and it workeD! thanks for the help guys must of been bad files
