deployed al-quds

Post by maarit »

just a little thing...again ;)

theres a little animation when you go prone and deploy that al-quds.
then if you switch to binoculars and back to deployed mode you have to deploy again that weapon.
is there change to leave the weapon deployded while you check with your binoculars?

i think it that way that if i check with binoculars in that position i do it with one hand.so i can leave the weapon deployed.

hope you understand.

edit:maybe insurgents can wear binoculars just on neck so they can fast "scope" with that and then shoot.

As above, can only have one deploy animation which is why it's ridiculous to climb a ladder with a SAW.

Only hint is work as a team and have someone else use the binoculars and direct your fire on to the target.

on a related note, it never made much sense to me to have a long deploy animation for the undeployed mode, and a short one for deployed... (surely getting settled and ready to fire is longer than getting ur weapon ready to kill dudes who near you?)

Just common sense.

As said this is "hardcoded" maybe when PR has its own engine they'll be able to simply go for the 'common sense' approach rather then juggle with only what they've got ;)
