Fallujah IED - Possible Bug?

Try as I might I cannot seem to place an IED on the Fallujah map - the one that come with the standard Sapper kit. When placing the IED two seem to appear one on top of the other and even though the IED sticks to the intended structure I lose access to the cell phone. Is this a bug or just me?
On the other insurgency maps I have no problem - just Fallujah.

Your clicking the LMB(left mouse button) twice by mistake.
When deploying an IED make sure you carefully press ur LMB once then you need to wait for a few seconds before detonating it Otherwise the you cant blow it. Its not a bug m8 its just you

guys this bug happens to me sometimes and also last night on virginia mixed or blackwater server( can't remember where..): sometimes when i put down my IED i cant take my cell phone, and im sure i dind't press anithing else :

the map was fallujah.

I didnt say he pressed anything else, When you lay ur IED on the ground with LMB sometimes when you keep hold of the LMB to long the phone will dissapear that is because when you deploy an IED you have to wait 4-5 Seconds before blowing it. You cant just put an IED down and blow it straight away, It needs to register with the phone 1st

Its a lag related bug I think, theres no delay on ied detonation afaik

Nope, pretty sure it's intentional. If you try and detonate an IED within about 5 seconds of putting it down it never goes off.
