Just a random question:
Has anyone ever succeeded in performing a Pugachev's Cobra?
(Pugachev's cobra: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgHoBDW56CI&feature=related and a clearer picture of it: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/78/Su-27_Cobra_2b.png) NOTE: The plane stays +- at the same alt!
I've tried it before but it never worked out (in bf: nose up = plane goes up)
But in the Thread '[HOWTO] land all the jets' (a couple of threads underneath this one)
i've read that with the
EF2000 and the J10 it's possible to land backwheels first, so maybe the Cobra is
possible to?

Umm, it might be possible to do if you recoded the jets, but I doubt you can do that.

Re: [Manoeuvre] Pugachev's Cobra
I don't think it's possible, since bf2's physics are really cheap.
To do a cobra, I belive you have to pull up the nose till the plane stalls, which is technically impossible with the bf2 engine, you would just raise the nose and loose all forward motion.

How bout if you're flying at extreme low velocity?
Would it be possible to regain your speed fast enought?
