CTD!!!!!!

well i now have another problem, i play one map and when it goes to load the next one i CTD i used to play fine on XP but now im running on win7 it happened when i went to the pause menu also i realy need help it wud be nice my nividia is up to date i dnt kno wats wrong pleeaassee help

Just turn your Texture Settings to Medium mate and that should do it

Does that actually lower the texture presentation in game by doing that? I ask because I thought I read somewhere it had no effect on in game graphics but fixed CTDs.
