Startup VIahduaa.sys stop error bluescreen/Fixed

I got a new system, wiped the c drive and reinstalled Windows XP (going to get Win 7). Sound works fine and all the other games start up fine too. But when i Try to start bf 2 I get an stop error, at the bottom I get 2 identical entries

VIAHDUAA.sys ADRESS
VIAHDUAA.sys ADRESS

with 2 identical adresses.

What could be the reason ? Could there be an issue within the registry ?

nvm fixed with via driver update and service pack 3 update
