I get kicked 20 seconds into a game of PR for this error. A google search shows this as an error caused by FRAPs, which I do not have but that was back in 2005. This just started two days ago, I have updated PB to no avail.
Don't remember a Windows update at that time, no other program issues.

Not sure what else might be relevant, but no major changes recently.
Have a ticket into Evenbalance too.
