PR works for a few weeks

OK so I have been playing PR for a couple of weeks now and it has been working perfectly until now for some reason. I load up a game i get to the Select Spawn map and then it crashes to desktop with no errors. The only thing i can think of is that my Ventrillo is crashing. however with out it i cannot use VOIP.

My system information if it helps is
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
AMD Phenom II x4 820 Processor 2800Mhz
