Corrupted File/Memory [98120161]

after about 20 secs into a game i get this message
details that i know of so far are that:
- it hasn't yet happened to me on a server with poeple less than 15 people
- it only happenes when i join
- i have recently been getting network curruption error
- this happened first about 2 weeks ago randomly no new folders no new programs...

I turned it off and no more problems.

no but i do have xfire running and mumble i'll try those two tomorrow and test it out
