multi monitor again sorry

ok this is a screenshot of my monitors as you can see my window bar does not go on to the 2nd monitor,i have read some wher u have to do this but i cant seem able to.i have windowns xp and a radeon x1900 graphic card,and has i said previous when i load up pr it will only load on the scree on the left hand side,and when i clik on other screen pr will minimize then so can any help me sort this out please thanks.hers the pic

you need to choose span between your two monitors then you will have window bar on both
