Texture/Model Missing, CTD in some maps, buildings invisible and weird textures

i have Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, i reinstalled BF2 Deluxe because i had vista(with no problems), and i patched to 1.41 and then 1.5 and moved all mods except bf2 and xpack(special forces expansion) to my installed folder
and i have a lot of problems like:
Some maps like training kashan desert CTD
Missing textures and black objects/weapons, or even invisible weapons,buildings,walls etc..
i have compatibility mode for windows vista and run as administrator

i have 3.2 GB RAM Active(4gb but only 3.2 is used in 32bit)
Core 2Duo 8400 3.0 GHz
ATI HD 4850 512 mb

i reinstalled and deleted bf2 cache at my documents, i only didn't reinstall the mods cause it is not necessary
and i run on highest graphics with no lags(no antialiasing)
