Computer Restarts During Game

Made a quick search but couldn't find a topic on the subject.

I have Windows 7. Nothing used to happen but since 3 days computer just restart itself in the middle of the game. No reason ne msg. Just restarts and system works fine. One of my buddy says it happens. I say it shouldn't :/

Please someone help.
