Clutch sound bug

Hi, searched the forums and couldn't find anything to do with this.

I can hear the clutch sound from any vehicle wherever they are on the map, which gets quite annoying.

Is there a file I can delete to get rid of the sound?

Ive had a fresh install of windows and PR a couple of days ago and the bug still occurs.

Never heard of that, literally =) As this is an audio issue, the stadard procedure is to update your sound card drivers.

I get this bug every now and then. Mostly on Asad Khal. I just chalked it up to being a map issue but thats just my opinion.

Fully updates drivers. Got a SB Xfi Titanium.

Thing is though it happened on my old card too, the integrated one. I presume its a slightly corrupted installer, just wondering if there is a file I can delete in stead of downloading PR again and reinstalling.

Dude, if that little clutch sound bug is the only thing you got, I wouldn't delete anything. Chances are you'll probably end up with a much bigger problem in the end and the sound glitch will probably still be there as well.

It's not just sometimes, it is a constant irritant and drives me crazy. Does removing sounds from the directory cause problems?
