FPS messed up

I have a Intel Pentium D 3.73Ghz, 4.00 GB ddr2, 9600 gt 1.00gb. My Problem is my fps is getting messed up well i am playin', I will start out with about 80Fps then it will drop too 10 fps 15min into the game...My settings are at medium. So do you guys have any ideas?

Dont run in compatibility mode, Dont run as an admin, Update your display drivers to Win7 ones.
