Stryker/Dirtbike lag

So I've never really thought too much about this cause I thought this was just normal But i went to a friends house and played PR on his computer.

When I ride the motorcycle or drive/gun in stryker I get ALOT of lag, not video lag but it acts more like I'm losing packets or have an absurd ping.

I have a GeForce 8800 GTS with factory over clock. This is probably the issue, but I have tried to update my drivers and roll them back and that doesn't seem to effect it.
