GTLD Not showing lase?

Is this a confirmed bug? I was spotting and suddenly the green box stopped appearing, although I was still lasing.

I've found it's to do with being behind a wall or object. The lase still is where you targeted, but the wall prevents the Target box from appearing on the GLTD hud.

If your laying on the crest of a hill, I find it happens a lot. If you stand up and get a clearer view, it should be there.

Yea it happens, just know that it is really is firing and on the target, very upsetting when the lase dissapears because the spotter sent another without seeing it ...and you are on final approach to take out a AA vehicle...

Same thing happens in vehicles when placing markers, and infantry as well. Sometimes you just cannot click observe/attack and you have to do it by the map. Its bloody annoying.

Yes noticed that just before I get a G3 round to my forehead.

As a side note, lasing as the gunner in the attack helicopter doesn't really work at all, and for some reason it doesn't live long enough for you to fire at the target, and for some reason it doesn't like landing where you clicked

yeah... just dont spot things too fast. wait a few seconds then readjust the laze. and also i noticed that this problem doesnt happen when you play alone

as stated ^ it has to do with that the lase box hides behind an object so you can't see it but it's still there.

Doesn't it have something to do with the distance too? Eg. You can't see it, move 1 meter and you can see it...
