Remove Vanilla Knife Slashing Sounds?

Last time I slashed a knife through the air it didn't make a swishing sound.

I believe the 1p and 3p firing sounds for the knife should be either dramatically lower in volume or removed entirely... (its only a couple lines of code)

Any thoughts?

There is a new Melee system ... such as Stock butting and more ... sooo there were already suggestions about knifing etc soo i tihnk they already have that set in stone

I thought bayonets were created for all factions, and realesed in .9?

I'd say change the sound to the whoosh you hear made by your clothes when moving to fast

We've only seen one picture that suggests that ONE weapon/kit has the weapon stock as melee weapon.
So we will most likely still have the same knifes/bayonets for everything else. And yes, I agree with the suggestion, even though it's not the first time this has been mentioned.

I dont think that they have completely revamped the melee system. Back on topic, yes those slashing sounds are kinda stupid.

Should also remove the sound when knife is pulled out. Nobody has metal cover for knife.
