Ok, so I am installing PR.
I installed BF, then BF:SF
I update to 1.5
Then I install the core, then the levels. I restart.
Now when I double click the PR icons, the screen goes black like it is loading up, but then goes right back to desktop.

You need to install Patch 1.41 before 1.50 this has solved the issue you are seeing before.
