PR-Downloader and .09

As the talk for PR.09 is heating up and the rumor mill in over time mode. A Lot of players have been asking me about the "PR-Downloader".

And at this time. I Have no plans to release it for .09 as off yet. The DEVs have asked me to wait as they have a new plan for installing PR. And they want to see what the feedback for that is before I muddy the water with an alternative.

So I will respect their wishes and wait for that to play out before I go and try and fix something that is not broke. No point reinventing the wheel is there.
