Crashs inconsistant while loading map with message

Hey,
So i usually play PRSP with my bro and we have connected, play a round, starts to load the next round, then it either loads or crashs (never crashed ingame so far)

This is the error message that pops up:
[ATTACH]4640[/ATTACH]

Does anyone have this problem? Can someone help?

(My PC specs are: Vista 32, 2.40 pentium 4, 4 Gb sdram ddr, 512 ATI radeon 3650)

(Game graaphic set at:1024*768, high terrain, high effects, med geometry, high textures, high lighting, med dynamic light, med dynamic shadows, 8* AA, med texture filtering, 100% VD)

Runs about 50fps most of the time

Nothing but the BF2 Memory error. There is a quick fix in a Exe form that replaces your old BF2 icon that allows it to use more than 2Gb. BF2 runs out of memory when it reaches its cap at 2GB, and it'll happen on PRSP more than MP because of the addition of Bots, which requires more computing power. I don't have a link for the fix, but its everywhere, just google it. BF2 Memory error fix.

The largeaddressaware fix is not needed any more, BF2 v1.5 lets the game use more than 2 gigs of ram now

Running out of memory

BF2 was a memory intensive game, and PR only increases on that.

First, you can try lowering your video settings, in particular, Textures. If that doesn't help or fix your issue,
you can try increasing your virtual memory. Information on how to do this is located in the Help Guide for Lag / Stuttering caused by memory
