Mic keeps diying

meant to have W7 prefix


bros comp, mic keeps dying on and off and static and just has a mind of its own. it would seem with w7/vista you have to give the computer permission to do EVERYTHING so do i have to give the mic permission to work? install it some how?

just has a mind of its own, and the comp already completely killed one mic off (wont work on my XP rig)
