Stuck on "Establishing connection"

Hey guys, my freind and i are getting stuck on "establishing connecion" when we try to log in. Is the main server down or wat can we do to fix it?

Open My Documents -> Battlefield 2 -> Profiles -> <your PR profile number> -> General.con using Notepad and remove all lines that beging with "GeneralSettings.addServerHistory"

Try logging in with an ip address:
TacticalGamer.com Public server 64.34.161.157

I think he's talking about logging into BF2/PR account in general.
