PR CTD

Well this past week I have been constantly having Crashing issues and its weird because it happens 20-30 minutes while in multiplayer. I am not sure if it's PB related? or hardware related? I do not have any texture issues that I know of.

My hardware is.

E6750
8800 GTX
4 Gigs Gskill
Gigabyte DS3L Mobo

System overheating maybe? Check your machine's fans and heat sinks that they are not covered in dust.

What is crashing?
The game (CTD) or your system?
If your CTD:

thepalerider;1246251']Run PR in 'windowed' mode
If you still have problems
run PR in 'windowed' mode to see if any error messages come up
(instead of running in full screen, it runs in a 'window')
To do so
Right click on shortcut.
Choose properties from bottom of list.
Modify the text in your shortcut's 'target' window.

Change
+fullscreen 1
to
+fullscreen 0

Then Google or use 'search' on Project Reality web page for the error message you get.

Note: You may have to add:
start+modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +fullscreen 0
if your short cut is only:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe"

You can copy and paste this (Vista):
"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" start+modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +fullscreen 0

Or this with XP:
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe" start+modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +fullscreen 0

If you have a wide screen make it widescreen 0
