Problem when running the 0.9 EXE on windows vista Home premium

Hey guys how is things looking on this new Project Reality release? Ok I've been having a problem when trying to install the 2 EXE. I did the preload and tried to install it several times and what I get is compatibility error it says the following:

"THe version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86(32-bit) or x64(64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher".

Well I require the x86 version if there is a version missmatch. I would be really thankful if someone helps me with this, thanks in advance
