What are the best System requirments for PR 9

1 GB RAM is not going to cut it anymore. I would recommend you to buy at least 1 GB RAM more. Your graphic card is pretty out dated too but I wouldn't necessarily buy a new one just yet before we heard from the DEVs. Maybe there will be a fix for the perfomance drop in the future.

is that all I am lacking on my system
I wanted to upgrade more .any other advice ?
thinking of new motherboard and going to Intel ( i7-920) non dual core
not sure my board can expand to more then 1 GB

As i said... maybe there will be a fix for the perfomance issue.. maybe not. If you want to play PR tomorrow you'll have to upgrade quite a bit but I think your main issue is RAM.

You can look in this thread. Here you can see what specs people have and how well they are playing PR at the moment.

BTW your graphic card is probably more important to upgrade next instead of new motherboard
