Best settings for my specs?

Hey community, I was wondering what the best settings for PR I should use since Im experiencing alot of lag on Gaza and some other new maps.

My specs are:
2.3ghz AMD Athlon 64 3800+
2gb DDR-400 Ram
BFG Nvidia Geforce 9500GT 1gb DDR2 (OC'ed to 651mhz Core, 400mhz memory, 1627mhz Shader)
1440x900 Native screen resolution
250gb harddrive
Windows 7 Ultimate

Can someone tell me the best settings for a system of that spec?
Id prefer to still run High textures and geometry But Im willing to change for the sake of performance. If this is in the wrong section, dont ban me.

Only testing that yourself will tell you that, and i think everyone is getting lag atm until the culprits are identified

Try disabling AA then go from there.

I run gaza just fine with an onboard radeon 3200, but smoke and close up vegetation are causing problems for me on some maps, like lashkar valley and setting to low wont help either. At least setting effects to low wont drop the FPS even more.

You will have to try it out. Change one setting after the other to low with fraps and take note of what improves your FPS and of what does not.

I figured it out, I now get 40-80fps on some maps, I turned geometry to medium. although some of the newer maps I still get fps drop in some areas and directions.
