With the BF2 engine to turn it on and join a server and it auto connects?
I know plenty of people (Except a few) That have mumble but don't use it becasue it is a pain in the --- to set it up....any way of making it easier? I would love to try it.

Seriously I use 30 sec to set it up :/ that is hardly a pain in the ***.

I found this sentence quite funny and since this is a war game forum I will put it here. No offense to the french just a good laugh.
"Going to war without France is like going deer hunting without an accordion. All you do is leave behind a lot of noisy baggage."

Where is this notion of Mumble ebing hard to set up come from?
Use the audio wizzard then join the server's channel.
Wow... that was hard... compared to TS3 of getting everyone to stand a set distance from the speaker....

Well.... so I know all servers do not have it and the ones that do state mumble.

When you launch PR mumble you find a huge long list from that you can see which servers have the most mumblers in, normally Reality teamwork (RT) and Tactical gamer (TG). All you have to set up are your keybinds for local speech and if you're a squad leader the SL button known as Squad leader radio.

I'm surprised people think its hard to set up.flyboy_fx wrote:I know plenty of people (Except a few) That have mumble but don't use it becasue it is a pain in the --- to set it up....any way of making it easier? I would love to try it.
1. The settings are already configured for you.
2. The server info is typed in for you
3. All the channels are pre-named to what the in-game browser names are for the server
4. All you really need to do is set a push-to-talk and connect
If someone isn't smart enough to figure that out I don't want to be playing with them anyway.

Just keep tapping the letter your server starts with in mumble, after a couple of taps you should be at your server.
