Load to desktop?

Every single time I manage to load a game, it just sends me to the desktop instantly. It only happened once where I actually managed to get in a game, but after 40 minutes of play (approx.), my game crashed to the desktop. I know nothing about computers, so I have not yet tried anything... I don't want to make things worse...

What I have noticed, is that I can only enter servers that are running the "Gaza Beach" map... Which doesn't make any sense at all... From my point of view, anyway...

The weirdest thing happened... The problem solved itself apparently... No clue how...
