Crash to desktop

Hi,
I have looked everywhere i could think of for a solution to this, But nothing seems to be able to fix the game crashes without any warnings.
I experiance no lag or anything the game just crashes to desktop.

My pc spec is:

Vistax64bit OS
4GB RAM
8800GTS 512
Intel core 2 quad 2.66GHz
(Latest Updates)

I am running PR.exe in compatability for administrator and i have also turned my textures to medium and i am still getting same crashes.

This happens on daily bases, and i really wanna enjoy the game, so can someone please help

when exactly does the game ctd? after map load after clicking the shortcut and some screen flickering?

try to run pr.exe in XP SP3 compat mode

It crashes after a while of playing and mainly when im in veichles.. is this a veichle bug?
