hotfix didnt fix vehicle respawn in vehicle warfare mode? it was applied on our server and tanks wont respawn

wow, spam. On our end, we had a lot more crashes during change maps and stuff. =/ At least last time i heard/

I am not exactly sure because I am not server admin, but we have been playing vehicle warfare and it didn't seem the tanks were respawning in 5 minutes. This problem may have been on certain maps, but I know it happen on kashan for sure because we were all sitting in base for a while with no tanks and it was only 10v10 on a 64player sized kashan map so originally it was 16 tanks and they weren't spawning fast enough. Sorry I don't have more details for you.

also, players still die (alothough much less often) when spawning with 3rd weapon kit
