[Faction Proposal] OPFOR SE Asia

First of all, forgive me if this has been proposed before, I used the search to the best of my ability and did not find anything like it.

Anyhow, my idea is a faction that represents various paramilitary factions in South-East Asia, such as revolutionary guerillas, government militias and local bandits and pirates.
Basically, imagine Vietcong, although slightly updated.

In terms of weapons, vehicles and other equipment, they would possess a mix of old Chinese, Soviet, French and American hardware.

As far as I can tell, this adds a number of things to PR.
1. A new (assymetric) OPFOR faction.
2. More Asian-flavored maps, particular jungle and/or water-heavy maps.
3. Opponents for the future A- and NZDF forces

A more detailed design-plan will follow.

As of Right now all modding powers are asked by DEVs to help with current Approved factions get finished and into the build. As asked by Afterdune
