That's too little RAM if you're running Vista, but then again you might have the 32 bit version (you need to specify that really) in which case you couldn't really squeeze any more in. The video card doesn't look too hot so I doubt you'll happily run high on the new PR maps, I would go for medium with no AA.

But as the previous posters have said you should just test it first, it will lose you nothing.

EDIT: This should really be in the help and hardware support forum

I agree with Jedi you need a bit more RAM, I have a portable with Vista32 that came with 4Mb, I would expect you too be able to run most on Medium with AA off or maybe X2.
Check you have enough space on your HD, and maybe change your virtual memory/pagefile size.

If you are in no particular hurry I'd wait for the 0.91 release. It's intended to fix bugs and increase performance. Especially if your bottleneck is the graphics card you might gain significant performance.

How large is your power supply?

To check that, open your case... the power supply is a large brick usually located in teh top of the gas with a fan on it.

Theres a sticker, find the number in watts.

Usually it will be like 250w - 1000w

Depending on how large it is, you could get some new cards if you want to stay SLI

im running a 680 watt at the moment and i have been putting thought into new cards plus i got some ram picked out already.

i would run SLI all the time but i got 2 cards for running one on my 37" tv so my woman can watch bones on hulu and not have to sit infront of the 17" comp screen to do so

I have almost the same rig (only 1 8600GT) and I run nearly all med with a few highs on 0.9 @ 1680x1050 with 2xaa.

I don't think your current system would cope with HIGH as explained above.
What FPS (Frames per Second) are you currently achieving on your current settings?

If you are currently boderline (say 35-40 fps) then you can be sure will not be able to run on high.
