Full PR MapList with map ids.

Hi there, can someone of the devs post to us list with all maps + mapis + gametypes ? Something like this:

5055, kashan_desert, Kashan Desert, BF2 1.5
5056, 7gates, 7 Gates, PR 0.33
5057, al_kufrah_oilfield, Al Kufrah Oilfield, RR 0.874
5058, assault_on_mestia, Assault On Mestia, PR 0.909

Perhaps it would be good such a list, for statistics administrators ...

When noone have full list, maybe someone can post here some parts ... so we will give whole list together independently here.

I need to know for every map, from PR 0.3 to the lastest:

PR doesn't support stats. Most maps, if not all, don't have map id's.
