Menu Pops up randomly

EVer since the new version came out my menu screen randomly pops up now and then which restricts me to only being a co pilot or fighting on the ground. hehe cause i know if i was flying a heli the menu will pop up and casue me to crash. and i really dont want the rep "the guy who's menu pops and makes us all die" soooo anyone can help me?

define "menu" and "pops up"
pr menu? windows menu?
is pr being minimized?

general suggestion: reset the controls to default
try to remember if you pressed a certain key/combination that might have cause this
