Add Collaborator/Civilian to all Insurgency factions

Just was curious if there was ever any thought in regards to adding civilians to all insurgent factions or on all urban insurgency maps (I understand that this would not be the case for Militia insurgency maps).

For Example:
Gaza with Civilians
Lashkar Valley with Civilians

or If Hamas/Talibano players drop their kits after the 2 minute dropped kit time they become civilians.

this is think would be a great addition to the game. On exercise we went to a DCCT range, and we're told about RoEs and how they changed through the early stages of Op Telic to accomadate for insurgent hit and run tactics.


what would be good is if the 'drop kit' unarmed insurgent is classed as a civilian (after the 2min timer etc) and the collaborator is considered hostile if they take actions such as spotting infantry (use of binoculars), so collaborators hid amongst some normal civies to mark contacts.

also i'm not sure if they can but atm can collaborators use the phone like a radio to spot enemy?

No i do not think that collies can use radio to spot
