VOIP doesn't work

I've never had any problems with viop before, ever. Not in nilla and not in PR.

But today i experienced an issue...

I was playing on the ABC germany server (w/e it's named) when suddenly the server crashes, i reconnect about 5 minutes later, join a squad and this is when i notice that my voip doesn't work.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting, still my voip doesn't work, every one else was talking in the squad with no problems and i could hear them loud and clear, but when i pressed B, i got no green icon and no one could hear me speak.

Why is this?
How do i fix it?

Not able to use VoIP
Did you try pressing tab in game, right click to activate mouse and click manage, then mute and unmute yourself? That seems to work most of the time.
