INS commander mortar

Hello I have given this some thought and here is what I've come up with. Allow insurgent commander to call in mortars like in vanilla except have it like the mutiny system so squad leaders have to allow the drop. It sucks when you find an FOB or lots of blufor and no one will go commander so you can drop it and you end up waiting around and then you get killed. Then the place is swarming with enemy and you can't get back to where you were to drop it. If this was allowed I think the mortars would be a lot more effective and would be used more often. This could even be used with all the other forces though then it might be over powered.
