Hey everyone just downloaded this and it seems pretty awesome so far. I'm just a little confused with a few things. And in advance I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but I have spent about an hour with my good friend the search button and found nothing.
1) Where do I find other kits? When a match starts all I see are medic, officer, gunner, etc. Where is crewman, pilot, sniper, etc?
2) When I use an emplacement such as an mg or one mounted on a vehicle it seems to take about a minute before I can shoot it. The bullets on the belt will wiggle around like it is shooting but nothing happens. Then after a certain amount of time it will shoot. And then all of a sudden it will just stop working. Is it because I over heated and it broke/needs to cool down?

Those are good questions.
However they have already been answered in the manual and I myself can't possibly describe it better than it was there.

Kits can be requested via the secondary radio menu.
For requesting kits refer to pages 23 and following.
As for MGs there is a start-up delay for using it and its wanted.
Also the MG will overheat - you will be able to hear a sizzling sound. Shooting bursts helps with that.
Please refer to Manual page 30 for details on overheating and usage delays.
PR is a rather complex game it therefor is adviced that you get yourself familiarized with the game mechanics as your gameplay experience will thus improve.

Ah no wonder I didn't see them. I was just messing around on LAN cuz I plan on using this in school. I guess I won't be able to use some of those kits tho since not many of us play it, but atleast I'll have them for online play. Thanks for pointing out that manual I think I deleted mine.
