[0909] Can't Speak/Interact until after 10 Minutes into game

Don't know if this is a PR related bug or just a BF2 thing, but a lot of the time when I join a server no one can hear me talk (and I can't hear them talk) or see anything I type in chat until around 10 minutes or so into the game. (Although my mic is working, the speak icon is showing when I talk, and I can see other's chats and my own chats in the box)

it may by problem with your ISP, software installed on your pc, or problem witch hardware

reinstal bf2/Pr/ open firewall ports, check your sound card
