Civi for HAMAS

I am suggesting a Civi/Collaborator for Hamas.

trowing rocks on Merkavas seems to have a strong tradition in Gaza ... so why cant we do it ingame? ... Image

and to control your fire shoulnd be the worst thing on a insurgency map like Gaza Beach, seeing that in RL its a crowded place, isnt it?

..its hard enough for IDF to win? ... maybe, but maybe balancing it by reducing the amount of explosives like VBIEDs schould help... and a revise of the M113 too.

I'm yet to play that map, but I think adding civis should balance it... or not?

Don't really see why there would be any revision of the M113, it performs when under fire in a very similar way to how it would perform in RL; i.e. if it isn't small arms then everyone inside is gonna get shredded.

whst kind of revisions?

do they have chicken shield on m113 because I always get shot to shreds as a gunner :shock:

mh.. it has no reverse, can take 4 sabot rounds (a tank can take 2 ;) ) about 150 rounds of 14.5 but only 30 rounds of 12.7?

Sabot goes right through. It should be the same in trans helis as well, where the round goes right through and does minimal damage.

The 150 Rounds of 14.5mm (BTR) should be like 15 if 30 rounds of 12.7 (.50 cal) kills it.

Keep the current Medic though thats armed. Find a new role for the civi to have such as a super patcher or the such.

Use marksmanship. I had 4 civis perfectly making a boarder in front of me trying to get to the VCP in al basrah. Sniper kept shooting me and all the civis ran away. All you hear in teamspeak LOOK AT EM GO! : D

Adding a rock to dropped kit would solve all problems without taking up place anywhere...

Wait.. I lied. Don't give them civis.


Well, Give them collaborators instead of medics. Basically your an unarmed medic that cannot be shot unless within ROE. You can heal people, but epi/resus = inside ROE.

Definately, it would cut down on the amount of guns on Gaza Beach raping the main and FOBs. I've made it a point to leave the server I'm on when that map pops up, even before I learn what team I'm on.
